Hailey is a 200 hour certified hatha yoga teacher having graduated from Prana Yoga College in 2010. Located in Vancouver Canada she is also certified in restorative, yin and prenatal yoga and has 1,800 hours of teaching experience and counting. In 2007 Hailey came to yoga due to a debilitating knee injury. Through practicing yoga regularly she was able to heal the injury and actualize an ambition; teach mindful yoga to help people connect to their inner power. In Hailey's classes focus is placed on breathe, ease of the body and stillness of the mind. Poses are explained in detail to accommodate beginners and each word spoken is chosen with care to allow space for quiet reflection. She welcomes and encourages beginners and the "inflexible" to attend a class and see what it can do for them. When she is not practicing yoga, Hailey is at the beach, playing the guitar, dancing, napping and traveling.
